We mainly represent syndicates of co-ownership, both in the context of vertical, horizontal, phased, superficiary, undivided co-ownership, as well as other forms of incorporation.

Real estate litigationList Item 2We plead before common law courts (Court of Quebec, Superior Court, Court of Appeal), but also before arbitration courts. We also act in the context of mediations, conciliations and negotiations. Our approach is pragmatic.
